​The 25-year scope of past professional management services provided include the following responsibilities and keynote achievements:

Business Operations:

  • Overhauled small existing businesses and started new ventures;

  • Regularly conducted retail/wholesale procurements for a variety of entities;

  • Organized imports and exports:

  • Procured international antiques, art, jewelry and high-end collectibles;

  • Constantly analyzed and improved upon existing workflow processes and integrated various business areas such as accounting, retail operations, inventory supply, advertising, marketing, and distribution;

  • Drastically increased revenues; decreased turn-around time; reorganized multiple storage facilities and retail boutiques;

 

Business Administration & Human Resource Development:

  • Allocated, trained, developed, supervised & terminated personnel to achieve an excellent working atmosphere with efficient and professional standards and codes of ethics. Regularly organized and managed approximately 15 staff;

Financial Management/Payroll Operations:

  • General Accepted Accounting Principles – balance sheets, budgets, P/L, projections, analysis;

  • Ran international & domestic banking matters;

  • Instituted new technical infrastructure in conjunction with ADP Payroll Services for organizational finances in place of outdated software and migrated 15 years of financial data into a newly organized electronic system;

  • Managed an annual administrative budget of $1,000,000.00;

  • Controlled assets totaling $250,000,000.00;

  • Saved one organization $3.2 million in expenses over an 8-year period;

  • Achieved a balanced operating budget for the first time in two decades after massive spending cuts and administrative improvements. Re-established a 6-figure savings account in Vanguard money-market investments. Completely eradicated all organizational debts and achieved debt-free status for the first time in two decades;

Auditing/Insurance/Taxation/Reporting:

  • Assisted in internal and external auditing and forensic asset checks;

  • Identified federal/state violations and non-profit regulatory compliance issues;

  • Extensively worked with landmarks restoration, preservation, renovations and property improvements. Maximum value of renovations supervised: $12,500,000.00 for a landmarks historical building worth $165,000,000.00 as appraised by Sotheby’s in 2013;

  • Ascertained project scope, plans, timeline and budgets.

  • Liaised with architects, engineers, contractors, tradesmen, service providers, legal representatives, suppliers & other professionals;

  • Developed asset maintenance documentation and preventative maintenance procedures;

  • Assisted with international property acquisitions, dispositions and other tangible asset ownership issues.

Information Technology Project Management:

  • Functioned as the main point-of-contact and chief liaison between multiple IT, finance and senior management department executives and personnel for the conceptualization, production and administration of a state-wide government finance Oracle-based intranet web site system used by the Ministry of Finance of the Province of Ontario and other associated business entities in Toronto;

  • Managed the overhauling of and migration to new IT infrastructure and telecommunication systems for various employers in various sectors and industries (software/hardware adaptation and training);

  • Overlooked the installation of facility surveillance and security systems;

  • Organized and worked with a plethora of multi-talented cross-industry teams and liaised with IT management and end-users to create cohesive working environments often amidst difficult-to-maneuver circumstances;

 

Graphic Design and Creative Services Project Management:

  • Advertised using printed and electronic web media;

  • Developed better advertising and distribution through systematic targeted audience marketing nationally and internationally for select clientele;

  • Graphically designed numerous stationary and branding for improved look and feel of businesses with centralized thematic expression based on needs analysis of each particular business;

  • Produced product databases and advertising for 8,000 books, hundreds of DVD’s, art, jewelry and specialty items;

  • Developed printing and publishing projects through all stages of the production process. This included event posters, covers, catalogs and high-end book production, and other printed media;

  • Became proficient in a plethora of industry-standard hardware and software for graphic design, photography, pre-press, printing, publishing, post-press, distribution, workflow & traditional offset production processes & equipment;

Art Production:

  • Studied and practiced Byzantine and Russian iconography techniques and general artistic aesthetics in the studio guild of two field-renowned émigré iconographers-artists;

  • Performed extensive drawing and sketching;

  • Assisted in the production of icons, fresco-style wall murals, ornaments, restorations and architectural elements using acrylics, tempera and gold leaf;

  • Provided photographic services for studio;

  • Traveled with studio management to museum exhibits and special events;

 

​Art & Antiquities Management:

  • Personally organized an art antiquities exhibit from four private US art collections valued at $8,000,000.00. The event included guests from the Mayor’s office of New York, foreign dignitaries, prominent religious figures, the head of Sotheby’s sacred art acquisitions department and illustrious community members;

  • Provided consultations and limited assistance to museum curator on miscellaneous projects on an "as-needed basis";

  • Assisted in display production and security issues;

  • Facilitated in acquisitions;

  • Provided occasional private tours to royal dignitaries & special guests;

  • Represented the curator when needed;​

Special Event Management:

  • Personally organized an art antiquities exhibit from four private US art collections valued at $8,000,000.00. The event included guests from the Mayor’s office of New York, foreign dignitaries, prominent religious figures, the head of Sotheby’s sacred art acquisitions department and illustrious community members;

  • Entertained Maria-Teresa, Queen of Bulgaria, at a sit-down dinner and conducted a private museum tour for her;

  • Attended an international event which was hosted by a G7 head of state;

  • Attended a United Nations reception hosting various European government dignitaries in New York City;

  • Regularly participated in V.I.P. receptions at select Consulates in New York City;

  • Attended sit-down dinners with high-ranking religious leaders, Ambassadors, and other political dignitaries;

  • Organized various conferences, meetings, receptions and educational events;
